Due to insurance purposes, Katie Lynn Co. personnel are the only ones authorized to install décor that you wish to have affixed to our rental inventory. This is to insure both the safety of our guest and our property.

It is vital that you notify Katie Lynn Co. within 24hrs of the event that this service is needed.

Only certain Katie Lynn Co. personal are trained and certified in the installation of décor.

If you are outsourcing your décor with another company we suggest you have them present for installation of their product.

We cannot guarantee the possibility of damage to the décor upon installation. Katie Lynn Co. has no control over the quality of the décor product being installed.

Katie Lynn Co. uses professional grade balloons that can withstand being roughed up a bit during installation to assure they are properly secured without fear of several balloons popping.

Another company may not use quality sourced balloons, which upon installation can result in several popping.

With that being said, we will take the utmost care when installing outsourced or DIY décor.
